Apricot Bliss Balls

These were surprisingly easy to make. Healthy and delicious, great for school and work lunches.

Servings: 26 balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup dried dates
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • ½ cup  almonds
  • ½ cup  cashew nuts
  • ¼ cup  walnuts
  • ¼ cup  sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sesame seeds garnish

Instructions

  • Put the fruit and boiling water in a bowl for 5 minutes to soften. Drain.
  • Combine all fruit, nuts and seeds in a food processor and blend until it forms a big ball.
  • Form into smaller balls and roll in the sesame seeds.
