Thursday Training Plan: Saint Clair HALF MARATHON Training Plan (BEGINNER 20 Week Plan)

With the Saint Clair Half Marathon rapidly approaching, I’ve got a programme for athletes wanting to finish it for the first time.  This programme starts on the 25 December 2017 (don’t worry it’s only an easy 30 min jog on Christmas Day) and will take you right through to the Saint Clair Half Marathon on the 12 May 2018.

It is made up of three to four runs each week with a couple of strength sessions that are done using your own body weight and no equipment. To start this programme it is recommended that you can run for 30 minutes.

Over the twenty weeks you will build up your fitness and finish running the Saint Clair Half Marathon.
