Thursday Training Plan – Saint Clair Half Marathon

With just over 12 weeks until the Saint Clair Vineyards Half Marathon, if you need support and structure to help achieve your goal this is the training plan for you.

There are options for both beginner and intermediate athletes. Do you want to complete the event or do you want to compete?
