Thursday Training Plan – 18 week GrapeRide Training Plan

The GrapeRide is a great event held each year in Marlborough. When you cross the finish line you will have achieved something special at this great event.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate cyclists who are looking to complete at GrapeRide, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of cyling events and triathlons and my success coaching hundreds of athletes.

Being 18 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 21-December-20), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for the GrapeRide.
