Thursday Training Plan – 12 week le Race Training Plan

le Race is an iconic event held each year heading through to Akaroa on Banks Peninsula. When you cross the finish line you will have achieved something special at this great event.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate cyclists who are looking to complete at le Race, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of cycling events and triathlons and my success coaching hundreds of athletes.

Being 12 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 28-December-20), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for le Race.
