Thursday Training Plan – 18 Week Kinloch Off Road Challenge

The Kinloch Off Road Challenge is a great event held each year in the middle of September. When you cross the finish line you will have achieved something special on the world class trails of Kinloch.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate runners who are looking to complete either the long (21.1km) or super-long (42.2km) events (with options also available for the mid and short events), these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of marathon events and triathlons and my success coaching hundreds of athletes.

Being 18 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 10-May-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for the Kinloch Off Road Challenge.
