Thursday Training Plan – 24 week Quarter IronMaori

When you cross the finish line at IronMaori, you will have accomplished something very special.

Designed for Beginner triathletes who are looking to complete the Quarter IronMaori event for the first time, the primary goal of this training plan is to prepare you to COMPLETE YOUR Quarter IronMaori.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing hundreds of triathlon events over the 30 years I’ve been in the sport and my success coaching hundreds of athletes.

Being 24 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 24-May-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for the Quarter IronMaori.
