Thursday Training Plan – 18 week Buller Half Marathon Training Plan

The Buller Half & Full Marathon is arguably the most scenic half and full marathon in New Zealand. When you cross the finish line you will have achieved something special at this great event.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate runners who are looking to complete the Buller, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of half and full marathon events and my success coaching hundreds of runners and triathletes.

Being 18 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 11-October-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for the Buller.
