Thursday Training Plan – 12 week The Goat Training Plan

The Goat is a great event that takes you to some spectacular places. When you cross the finish line you will have achieved something special at this great event.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate trail runners who are looking to complete the Goat, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of Half and Full IRONMAN distance finishes and my success coaching hundreds of triathletes.

Being 12 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 01-November-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for the Goat.
