Now is the time to get on board and join Qwik Kiwi Coaching for my great training plans to prepare you for Ironman 70.3 events such as Ironman 70.3 Oceanside (18 weeks), Ironman 70.3 Nelson Mandela Bay (18 weeks), Ironman 70.3 Texas (18 weeks), Ironman 70.3 Acapulco (18 weeks) and Ironman 70.3 Geelong (12 weeks).

Ironman 70.3 Oceanside has nice rolling hills on both the bike and run courses, in beautiful southern California.

Ironman 70.3 Nelson Mandela Bay is a festival atmosphere with the Ironman African Champs held at the same time. With golden beaches and rolling hills through the bike and run course this is an amazing place to race.

Ironman 70.3 Texas has a flat and fast course, a chance to put your head down and bum up and get that PR you’ve been chasing.

Swim in crystal clear waters at Ironman 70.3 Acapulco in Mexico follow that with rolling hills on the bike and finish with a fast, flat run.

Victoria’s Ironman 70.3 Geelong is arguably one of the worlds best races having been voted the best in the world for athlete satisfaction in 2018.

Being either 18 weeks (Oceanside, Nelson Mandela Bay, Texas and Acapulco) or 12 weeks (Geelong) in duration (starting on Monday 29-November-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for your Ironman 70.3.
