Ironman African Championship in Nelson Mandela Bay is held on a breath taking course with golden beaches and rolling hills through the bike and run course this is postcard-perfect location.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate triathletes who are looking to complete their Ironman event, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of Half and Full IRONMAN distance finishes and my success coaching hundreds of triathletes.

Being either 24 weeks (Mallorca) or 18 weeks (African Championship) in duration (starting on Monday 29-November-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for your Ironman.
