Ironman 70.3 Training Plans – Pays d’Aix-en-Provence, Marbella and Chattanooga

Now is the time to get on board and join Qwik Kiwi Coaching for my great training plans to prepare you for Ironman 70.3 events such as Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga (24 weeks), Ironman 70.3 Marbella (24 weeks) and Ironman 70.3 Pays d’Aix-en-Provence (24 weeks).

These events are some of the most iconic events around the world.

Held in the beautiful South of France, Ironman 70.3 Pays d’Aix-en-Provence sees a smooth lake swim followed by a ride through quaint villages, mountain vistas and forests before finishing with a run through rolling hills.

One of the more beautiful locations in Spain, Ironman 70.3 Marbella has you swimming in the Mediterranean then off for a hilly ride into the mountains before finishing with a nice flat run along the promenade.

With a current assisted river swim, Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga then sees you off over rolling hills for both the bike and the run. This is known as a fast course and the place to set a PR.

Programmes designed for either intermediate triathletes who are looking to complete at their Ironman 70.3 event, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of Half and Full IRONMAN distance finishes and my success coaching hundreds of triathletes.

Being 24 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 29-November-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for your Ironman 70.3.
