Ironman Training Plans – Taiwan, Lanzerote, Tulsa & Pays d’Aix-en-Provence

Now is the time to get on board and join Qwik Kiwi Coaching for my great training plans to prepare you for Ironman events such as Ironman Lanzerote, Tulsa & Pays d’Aix-en-Provence (24 weeks) and Ironman Taiwan (18 weeks).

These events are some of the most iconic events around the world.

With an amazing swim in the Atlantic Ocean, a hilly bike and flat run take part in the gruelling Ironman Lanzerote, one of the longest standing European Ironman events.

Take in a beautiful lake swim, combined with a bike through the lush rolling hills at the foothills of the Ozarks, then finishing with a flat run through downtown Tulsa, Ironman Tulsa has it all.

Held in the beautiful South of France, Ironman Pays d’Aix-en-Provence sees a smooth lake swim followed by a ride through quaint villages, mountain vistas and forests before finishing with a run through rolling hills.

At Ironman Taiwan swim from and back to a gorgeous beaches then bike and run past glorious temples and traditional Taiwanese-style homes surrounded by coral walls.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate triathletes who are looking to complete their Ironman event, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Being either 24 weeks (Lanzerote, Tulsa & Pays d’Aix-en-Provence) or 18 weeks (Taiwan) in duration (starting on Monday 06-December-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for your Ironman.
