Ironman 70.3 Training Plans – New Zealand, Taitung, Subic Bay, Kraichgau & Victoria

Now is the time to get on board and join Qwik Kiwi Coaching for my great training plans to prepare you for Ironman 70.3 events such as Ironman 70.3 Victoria (24 weeks), Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau (24 weeks), Ironman 70.3 Subic Bay (12 weeks), Ironman 70.3 Taitung (12 weeks) and Ironman 70.3 New Zealand (12 weeks).

Ironman 70.3 Victoria

Known as the land of 1,000 hills it shouldn’t be a surprise that Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau sees you ride a hilly bike course followed by a run through rolling hills providing amazing scenery.

The capital of British Columbia hosts Ironman 70.3 Victoria with a lake swim, then bike through historic towns and lush rain forests on the rolling bike course before finishing with a flat run.

Described as the training Mecca of the Phillipines, Ironman 70.3 Subic Bay is held in an amazing tropical venue. Starting with an ocean swim in a natural harbour, head out into the mountains for a challenging bike ride before finishing with a flat run.

Another tropical race this time in Taiwan, Ironman 70.3 Taitung sees you swim in a beautiful crystal clear Flowing Lake, then a rolling ride along the coastline, topped off with a nice flat run.

Join me at my home country race of Ironman 70.3 New Zealand. I love this course with a beautiful lake swim and genuine rolling hills on the bike then a flat, fast run around the lake shore to finish. The whole town just gets behind the event.

Being either 24 weeks (Victoria and Kraichgau) or 12 weeks (New Zealand, Subic Bay and Taitung) in duration (starting on Monday 13-December-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for your Ironman 70.3.
