Now is the time to get on board and join Qwik Kiwi Coaching for my great training plans to prepare you for Ironman events such as Ironman Brazil (24 weeks) and Ironman New Zealand (12 weeks).

These events are some of the most iconic events around the world.

Ironman Brazil has a scenic ocean swim followed by flat and fast bike and run courses.

Join me at my home country race of Ironman New Zealand. I love this course with a beautiful lake swim and genuine rolling hills on the bike then a flat, fast run around the lake shore to finish. The whole town just gets behind the event.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate triathletes who are looking to complete their Ironman event, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of Half and Full IRONMAN distance finishes and my success coaching hundreds of triathletes.

Being either 24 weeks (Brazil) or 12 weeks (New Zealand) in duration (starting on Monday 13-Decemeber-21), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for your Ironman.
