GrapeRide Training Plan

Tuesday Training Plan – 12 week GrapeRide Training Plan starts 31-Jan-22

The GrapeRide is a great event held each year in Marlborough. When you cross the finish line you will have achieved something special at this great event.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate cyclists who are looking to complete the 101km GrapeRide, the Magnum 202km, the Taster 42km or one of the MtB options, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of cycling events and triathlons and my success coaching hundreds of athletes.

Being 12 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 31-January-22), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for the GrapeRide.
