Apricot Bliss Balls
These were surprisingly easy to make. Healthy and delicious, great for school and work lunches.

Ingredients

dried apricots

cup
dried dates

boiling water

cup
almonds
½
cup
cashew nuts
¼
cup
walnuts
¼
cup
sunflower seeds
½
cup
sesame seeds
garnish
Instructions
Put the fruit and boiling water in a bowl for 5 minutes to soften. Drain.
Combine all fruit, nuts and seeds in a food processor and blend until it forms a big ball.
Form into smaller balls and roll in the sesame seeds.
