Ingredients
2cupsraw wheat germ
2cupsrolled oats
1cupwheat bran
1cupsesame seeds
1cupsunflower seeds
½cupsoy flour
½cupbrown sugar
½cuphoney
1cupraisins, dried cranberries, or other dried fruit pieces
Instructions
Mix thoroughly in a large bowl. Spray a cookie sheet with nonfat, no-stick cooking spray, spread the granola on it, and bake for 45 minutes in a 150°C/300° F oven. Stir the granola about every 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
