Garlicky Guac
This is great as a dip by it's self, but I used it on Tacos.

Ingredients

large or 2 small ripe avocados,
pitted
½
cup
chopped tomatoes
2
cloves garlic,
minced
¼
tsp
fine sea salt
Fresh lime juice,
to taste
Instructions
Scoop the avocado into a medium bowl and mash well with a fork.
Stir in the tomatoes, garlic, salt, and lime juice. Taste and add more salt or lime juice, if needed.
