Ingredients
2cupsfresh blueberries
2applescored and chopped
2Tbsps.brown sugar
½cuprolled oats
50gsliced almonds(about 4 tablespoons olive oil)
Instructions
Preheat the oven 180℃/355°F.
Combine the blueberries and apples in a shallow baking dish. Combine other ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Sprinkle the topping over the fruit. Give the top a spray of olive oil, and bake in the oven until the fruit is soft and the topping is crunchy and browned.
