Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 apples cored and chopped
  • 2 Tbsps. brown sugar
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 50 g sliced almonds (about 4 tablespoons olive oil)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven 180℃/355°F.
  • Combine the blueberries and apples in a shallow baking dish. Combine other ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  • Sprinkle the topping over the fruit. Give the top a spray of olive oil, and bake in the oven until the fruit is soft and the topping is crunchy and browned.
