Citrus Burst Electrolyte Drink
A refreshing way to refuel & rehydrate during or post-workout.
Ingredients
2
cups
water
¼
cup
fresh lemon juice
¼
cup
fresh orange juice
⅛
tsp
sea salt
1-2
tbsp
honey or maple syrup
(to taste)
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher.
Stir well until the salt and honey are fully dissolved.
Chill in the fridge for at least an hour, or until you're ready to enjoy.
