Citrus Burst Electrolyte Drink

A refreshing way to refuel & rehydrate during or post-workout.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher.
  • Stir well until the salt and honey are fully dissolved.
    Chill in the fridge for at least an hour, or until you're ready to enjoy.
