Wednesday Windtrainer Workout: Heather Jackson’s Championship Rounds

The ability to ride very hard and then settle into a solid threshold effort is a key component and conducting a session like this one will further develop both your VO2 Max and Functional Threshold Power (FTP). This session will benefit all cyclist including triathletes and MtBers.

Tuesday Training Plan: Fitness Swimming Training Plan (Intermediate 8 week Plan) 3 swims per week

This programme will build your swimming fitness and develop your confidence and speed in the water even more.
Designed for Beginner & Intermediate triathletes and swimmers who are looking to improve their swimming fitness.

Why I Changed From Garmin Forerunner 935 to a Fenix 6s

I’ve had my Forerunner 935 for a few years now and before that I had the Forerunner 920XT, 910XT and the 310XT before that. Prior to getting the 310XT I only ever used Polar watches dating back to 1992 when I got my first Polar Favor.

Saturday Swim Session: Gale Bernhardt’s Endurance 2 Workout

Endurance is a critical component of fitness for triathletes and long distance open water swimmers. This is a great session for triathletes and open water swimmers to do to build their top end speed.

Friday Fartlek Run: Stryd’s Steady and Go Workout

Running at a range of intensities will develop your running fitness across the spectrum and provide benefits for events from 5k through to longer events. This is a great session for all runners and triathletes especially those running events between 5km & half marathon.

Thursday Training Plan – 20 week Queenstown Marathon & Half Marathon Training Plans

The Queenstown full and half marathon is a great event held each year, this year on the 20th November. When you cross the finish line you will have achieved something special at this great event. This is one of the more scenic marathons around.
