Project 30 is a programme designed to get runners under (or back under) 30 minutes for 5km. 

I personally guarantee that at the end of this programme you will be running under 30 minutes for 5km, or you get 100% of your money back.

This programme is restricted only to runners that have recorded a time of under 32:40 for 5km for admission into the 20-week programme or a time of under 31:45 for 5km for admission into the 10-week programme. 

If you haven’t achieved these time standards in the last 6 weeks you won’t be admitted to the programme.
