Every week I have a football game on Saturdays but this week I had to play 2 as my sisters team needed a extra player, doing this meant that both days of the weekend where taken which is when my long trainings are planned for, this makes it difficult to try fit in as many as possible to get the best results out of it.
As well as in the second game I couldn’t wear my watch to record the data so it won’t load through to my training apps going against my fatigue levels and fitness scores. But I have to remind myself that I can’t do everything and have to sometimes compromise to balance out.
I will try get in a long training at the start of this week to catch up but will know not to get down on myself if I can’t as I don’t have unlimited amount of time.
Football is a sport I love and will forever love playing, it’s also a sport with high amounts of cardio and levels of heart rate getting myself moving and hitting different levels, it’s a different form of exercise that I enjoy doing as it gives my fitness a slight balance and a form of fitness in a different way.
This shouldn’t be a common occurrence and football season is coming to an end so I knew that getting a double game in this weekend wouldn’t be the end of the world.
