Best of the Internet for Endurance Athletes: 03 April 2016

Each Sunday I’ll post my ‘best of’ list in a number of categories from the inter-webs. Other weeks can be found here.

Godzone Adventure Race

The worlds biggest and best adventure race, held right here in Gods Own. Competitors will be competing non-stop over the next 3-5 days and started at midday yesterday.

Footage of the first day.

Live tracking of all the teams out on the race course. Follow their progress. Better than watching Shortland Street guaranteed.

There are great supporters out on the course over the weekend. I watched from a few different locations. Amazing racing especially Team Sword Fox & Yealands Family Wines going head to head.

Follow Spring Challange Training and Qwik Kiwi on Facebook as I’ll be sharing a range of Godzone related articles over the next week.

Ray has coached athletes to achieve these and more. Training programmes are accessible online, so athletes can be located anywhere and still reap the benefits of Ray’s coaching.
