Clatters Chatter: Training Starts Again!

Getting back into the action is great, as we only have one exam left to go. I have started to train again as of this week and can’t wait for the training to becomes full on and I have to start working hard!

Now I have finished school, I will be working a lot of hours as I get full time work and training in my spare time. Although work will be boring, once I finish I can get straight into my training and start to get the exercise regime work done. I haven’t decided what my next race will be or when I am going to do it, I just know I’m going to run and train as hard as I can to try and get a scholarship.

I have one year to improve on my times and get faster before the selection for the scholarship begins. So now I have to work as hard as I can to get there.

me doing some gardening

This week other exciting news has happened. As well as finishing my exams and feeling pretty proud about that. I am now going to buy my first car. So I am really excited for this and can’t wait to start driving it around everywhere.

I have also had some extra time from when I take a break from studying and have been able to go for walks and easy bike rides with my family and friends, to get out and about, so I can still do some exercise and keep fit.

My dad has also made me do some gardening work which has been OK. My hands are a little worn out now and a bit sore, but at least I am nearly there. We have been planting vegetables in the soil as well. So we are growing our own organic vegetables, which is better for the environment and for our health. Which is pretty cool.

Well not sure what else to talk about really, because not really much training has been happening lately. Less stress with organic compost this week!
