Chef Ray – Crunchy Red Chilli Topping
This is a qwik and easy spicy condiment that is great on a range of meals, eggs, tacos, rice bowls. Keep it on hand to provide your food with a little bit of kick.
From: Coburn, Emma (2021) Runner’s Kitchen Penguin Random House
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp dried minced garlic
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- ¼ cup canola or vegetable oil
- Combine all ingredients in a jar, and stir. Store at room temp.
