Cooked to perfection this steak will be a people pleaser with the delisious flavours of the meat and the spices.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 ounces ribeye or tenderloin steak per serving
  • salt, pepper, sugar, and ground coriander to rub
  • a few thick slices of rustic bread per serving
  • Tomato Jam
  • 1 small bunch of radishes, sliced thin
  • crumbled blue or goat cheese
  • ½ juice of a lemon

Instructions

  • Rub steaks with salt, pepper, a sprinkle of sugar, and a dash ground coriander. Heat a lighlty oiled sauté pan to medium-high.
  • Sear the steaks in the hot pan. After second side has seared, turn heat to medium and cook to desired degree of doneness, about 10-12 minutes total. Let rest for a few minutes while you grill the bread.
  • Brush both sides of bread with butter or oil. Grill in hot pan or under broiler until both sides are crisp.
