Don’t know what it is about the lock down that has kicked my butt into gear, but it has definitely worked!
Really loving training currently and really helps that the weather has been great in the UK. Obviously with COVID I’m limiting my bikes to indoors but as I have a better fan set up this summer. It is definitely easier to train indoors!
Running I am still mainly doing outside as my treadmill is rubbish! And the only session I missed this week was the long run. Yes I’m pretty annoyed with myself that I missed it. However things happen, and life goes on. I am still getting a positive curve on my fitness curve and really enjoying it.
