As the title suggests next week is here!
It’s been awhile since I’ve had a test week. And for good reason, I simply haven’t had the consistency in training to Warrant one. Well Ray feels I might actually be getting somewhere as he has put one in next week with the following message.
“You’ve had some good consistency with your training of late. This week coming is a test week. I am confident in your ability to do well. You don’t need to shy away from the FTP or the 5km TT. Just get them done and I know you will reap the rewards of a good result in both of them.”
now with the current corona virus I’m fully expecting my taxes to be cancelled in April and may so I’m quite looking forward to this test week to put a bad winter behind me and start really putting some serious training in why the weather is starting to improve and hopefully make amends to the poor training and start afresh from next week!
