From my goals blog last week and wanted to get some form of speed throughout April, Ray has tweaked my training to help me achieve these in the short term!
So training has started to bring some spicy sessions. The two bike sessions which I have done before but as my fitness is currently lower the efforts are not at my peak of last summer but think they are still going to be pretty tough. Bring them on!
The run I have also done before and to be honest it’s one of my favourites, really varied and tough but tough in a good way. If you haven’t done the session before I highly recommend it!
Other sessions I’ve got are my regular long bike and run and my brick session on Friday.
Ray has put these sessions in for four weeks to try to get my fitness up, keep motivation high and see some short term progress through these uncertain times.
