This low-impact programme is designed to help you move more, feel stronger, and enjoy being active again — all while making the most of your e-bike’s support to go further than you thought possible.

Each week, you’ll follow a structured mix of guided rides, easy recovery sessions, and light strength and mobility work to improve stability and comfort on the bike.
