Ingredients

  • Baby Spinach
  • Carrot grated
  • Leftover Bonk Burger
  • Crumbled feta
  • Garlicky Guac
  • Quick-Pickle Red Onions

Instructions

  • For this light bowl add the salad baby spinach.
  • Top your bowl with a colourful rainbow of vegetables including grated carrot to ensure you are getting a range of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fibre and more.
  • Bowls can be a great way to use up leftovers. This one uses leftover Bonk Burger.
  • The sauce makes the meal. Sauces add not only an incredible burst of flavour, but also a dose of healthy fats. This combo uses Garlicky Gauc.
  • Crumble feta over the top and some Quick-Pickle Red Onions on the side.
