The future of indoor cycling comes through the combination of expert live instruction, a community of friends, fun integrated competitions and workouts that build power, speed and cycling skills.

Through Velocity, Coach Ray looks to empower athletes with the most advanced software solution to take your cycling to the next level.

This is very new and there will be a number of workouts added to the account over the coming weeks for you to work through.

Live Workouts: These are lead by Coach Ray and you can join in doing the workout alongside him and other members of the squad.

Replay Workouts: These are a replay of the live sessions and are held at scheduled times throughout any given day. You can join members of the squad and ride with them.

  • Tempo Tuesday: Tempo based sessions replayed on Tuesday across various time zones.
  • Threshold Thursday: Threshold based sessions replayed on Thursday across various time zones.
  • Weekend Smash: Predominantly VO2 based sessions replayed over the weekend across various time zones.

On Demand Workouts: A range of workouts for you to do at a time of your choosing.

Joining a Workout:

When you log into Velocity click on Schedule and choose the session you would like to attend then click “Join This Workout“.

If you are wishing to do an On Demand workout, click on your chosen workout and then “Start this Workout” to start riding.

Connect your trainer, power meter and/or heart rate monitor (make sure they are disconnected from your trainer app, Zwift, Rouvey etc… first), then come ride with us.
