Each plan provides a detailed, comprehensive and structured (periodised) training program at a cost-effective price.
Getting Started with Running
This training plan is perfect for someone totally new to running or needing to build into running again after an injury. The training plan includes a number of jog/walk sessions as it builds you up to running 4km over a 4 week training block.
This is perfect start prior to building into a more run focused programme such as a beginner 10km or half marathon programme.
