Here are three great workouts to help you improve over the coming month.

First up is a great swim session using Broken 200’s to develop your aerobic capacity. A Broken 200 involves swimming a 200m rep followed by a set totalling 200m that is broken up (in this case to 6 reps of 33m) to complete one set. A short rest between the 200 and the 33’s, with a  shorter rest between the 33’s will keep you on your toes. Full details of the workout can be found here: https://wp.me/p6ApiZ-4KV

For those of you wanting to improve your cycling threshold power and intensity this session will fit the bill. The Tank Emptier involves two sets of 4 reps building from 1 minute through to 4 minutes with a limited rest following each rep taking you through to the five minute mark. The last workout this month is a run workout that great for triathletes and those running a half marathon. Sit n Kicks involves 5 reps of 1,000m with a lift in the intensity over the last 200m as you kick for home. The full workout details can be found here: https://wp.me/p6ApiZ-4Hg
