Nelson Festival of Running

When you cross the finish line of the Nelson Half Marathon or an event as part of the Nelson Festival of Running, you will have accomplished something very special.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of Half and Full marathon distance finishes and my success coaching hundreds of people to achieve their running goals.

As part of these programmes you will get access to your training plan. As part of the package you get:

  • A 16 week training plan,
  • Fortnightly Coaching Call with myself,
  • The Nelson Half 16 Week Training Bible, and
  • The dedicated Coach Ray / Qwik Kiwi Coaching support group.

There is a token fee for the half marathon running and intermediate 10km training plan. Just like half of your race entry gets donated to local Nelson/Tasman schools, half of the fee for this training plan also gets donated.

Please note:
• These training plans start on Monday 15 July 2019 and finishes on race day.
