Challenge Roth is the ultimate Iron-distance event. Having been held in Roth since 1990 (when it was Ironman Germany), with a short course event held since 1984. This event is steeped in history and prestige. Ride up Solarer Berg Hill crammed with crowds. The passion of race director Felix Walchshofer combine to make this event a bucket list triathlon.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate triathletes who are looking to complete their Ironman event, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of Half and Full IRONMAN distance finishes and my success coaching hundreds of triathletes.

Being 24 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 17-January-22), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for Challenge Roth.
