16 week Captain Cooks Landing Trail Run Training Plan starts 21-Mar-22

Now is the time to get on board and join Qwik Kiwi Coaching for my great training plans to prepare you for Captain Cooks Landing Trail Run in 16 weeks.

The course is approximately 28km from Camp Bay to Ship Cove along the Queen Charlotte Track in the Marlborough Sounds of New Zealand.

The finish at Ship Cove allows you the chance to breath in the beauty that kept Captain James Cook coming back. He spent over 100 days on five seperate occasions at Ship Cove making it his favourite anchorage in New Zealand.

An enjoyable active day with lunch at Ship Cove post run, prizegiving buffet and boat transport included. All transport is from Picton with Beachcomber Cruises.

Programmes designed for either beginner or intermediate runners who are looking to complete their trail running event, these plans will help you achieve your goals.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of marathon events and triathlons and my success coaching hundreds of athletes.

Being 16 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 21-March-22), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for your Trail Run.
