The four greens! So after my last blog and sending it to Ray, late due to various reasons. I really wanted to make a go of it this week! The KONA EFFECT!
I mention the Kona Effect and how it can motivate athletes to strive for excellence in their own training. Well its worked for me so far this week. All green and feeling great!
Even my weigh has dropped a kg this week so I’m really happy to be going well. Now the big test is this weekend coming up. Long bike and long run days, now I’ll state it here that I have no reason whatsoever why these two sessions shouldn’t go ahead as planned. So if next week I say I haven’t done these two sessions, please give me stick! As I need it! [Get your stick ready people – Coach Ray]
After this week I have one more solid week of training then its HOLIDAY! Wahoo! So lets keep it up, keep and green and the sessions ticked off!
