Mike’s Middle Distance Magic: Green for June!

Well to be honest I was hoping this blog would be slightly different!

Unfortunately that wasn’t the case! Monday to Friday, awesome! All green, feeling great and well on track.

However the dreaded Saturday came and I knew I had a busy weekend with some building work to do on the house. But still plenty of time set aside to get the training done. To be honest I was pretty nieve!

When I say nieve, that was kinda spurred on with the fact the builder cancelled last minute leaving the job 10 times harder! Completely taking out all the fence posts and replacing with new, if I’m honest it is some serious graft! Hammering and sledge hammering the old ones out are a serious workout! I am shattered! To be honest I think doing the training would of been easier!

So the short of it, the long bike and run wasn’t completed this week, again! But let’s think on the bright side, tomorrow is June. A new month, a new week and hopefully a green month!

So GREEN it is! Let’s get it done!
