Over winter I found myself packing on the beef, but before I hit the 90kg mark I decided to make some changes. I decided to grab some focus and lift my game.
I started tracking everything, my partner will tell you I tracked too much data. But I’ve worked out what really counts and what data needs to be tracked.
In 4 weeks I dropped 89.8kg down to 85.2kg. Now in November I’m down to 81.3kg.
In that same time I dropped my body fat from 19.6% down to 16.6%. Now in November I’m down to 13.4%.
This represents a drop of 3.5kg of fat gone (from 17.6kg down to 14.1kg). I’ve since got down to 11.0kg.
because this has worked for me, I want to share with you what I have done and what I continue to do so you can replicate my success. But before I release it the general public I want to run a pilot programme, some people might call this a beta programme. I need to validate it and workout exactly what the programme can do for other people. I’m going to do this for about half price what I am going to open it up to the general public. If you aren’t using a computer and smartphone, on Facebook or doing regular endurance exercise this programme isn’t for you. Sorry, it’s nothing personal but you will miss out on the main support features and won’t get results.
