I tried, and I managed to stay in the correct zone, and over 80% for two subsequent bikes so I think I finally ‘get it’! My HR can drop or rise so many beats just like that, so I’m up and down like a jack-in-a-box. But I think now I get it, I don’t have to go out and blow a fufu to gain. – Yes much like my running at the start. I felt I should’ve been running faster, but couldn’t keep it up the whole run, but when I listened (to the coach who doesn’t just say it, for the sake of it) I found I could actually keep on running… Yeah, I know I need to listen.
