Thursday Training Plan: 4 Weeks to a FASTER 1,500m

The 4 Weeks to a FASTER 1,500m swim plan is one of my most popular swim plans. It has been designed for the triathlete targeting an Olympic distance triathlon but has very limited time to train. The original version involves two swims per week, and these swims are limited to 2km a session. If you have limited training time available, this is the training plan for you.

With this programme people improve on average nearly 2 minutes, with some people improving by over 10%.

For 2020 I’ve given this plan a revamp. It’s still available in it’s original form. BUT through my www.qwikkiwi.com website I’m also making available updated version that include options with 3, 4 and 5 sessions each week.

Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of Half and Full IRONMAN distance finishes and my success coaching hundreds of triathletes.

Get on this great training plan now and be faster in 4 weeks time.

Or get the original version on Training Peaks.
