Crafted by myself, Ray Boardman PGDipSportsMed, PGDipRehab, PGCertSc (Exercise Science), BSc (Anatomy), DipSportsStudies this plan encapsulates my passion for the sport, my experience from completing dozens of marathons and triathlons and my success coaching hundreds of athletes.

Being 12 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 21-February-22), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for the Hawkes Bay Half or full Marathon.
