It also means cooling off on the beach with every water sport you can imagine. It’s the Lakes Region that makes racing in New Hampshire a beautiful getaway for those who want to compete.

Being 24 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 04-April-22), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for your Ironman.
