As host venue of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic sailing events, the Weymouth area is an international sport event haven. Situated off the World Heritage Site Jurassic Coast, this race is a first-timer favourite, featuring sandy beaches, spectacular coastline and the stunning Dorset countryside.

Being 24 weeks in duration (starting on Monday 11-April-22), these plans progresses through phases to build you to your peak performance in time for your Ironman.
