Jayshil Treks Annapurna and Cycles JOG to Paris

I met Ray while attempting Taupo Enduro event. I only completed 3 laps but throughout each lap Ray was encouraging me to push along while assisting as support crew for another rider. Since then Ray has assisted me with getting ready for Annapurna Trek in Nepal, John O’Groats to Paris cycle ride and number of other adventures. Ray is very knowledgeable and I find his insight in how to get body ready for a specific event or adventure extremely useful.

In my case Ray’s guidance in managing training and organised approached in the way you prepare for a goal has been invaluable. If you think you are missing that final piece of the puzzle when it comes to training then I would highly recommend that you speak with Ray.
