Chef Ray: Mango Smoothy

Easy to make and delicious to consume.

Mix ingredients in a blender, to make a delicious and refreshing smoothy.

  1. Handful of frozen mango pieces;
  2. A banana;
  3. Fresh ginger grated,finely;
  4. 3-5 dates;
  5. 3-5 almonds;
  6. Natural yoghurt; and
  7. Some milk

Although I’m not a qualified chef I do like to pretend I’m on Master Chef. I source the recipes from the stated source (not sauce) and make them taking the photo of the meal I produce for myself.
